Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive administrative professional to join our team at CHS. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our department, managing incoming phone calls and emails and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate teams. You will occasionally deliver important items in person to various departments or colleges, enhancing our collaborative efforts.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives. This includes assisting study coordinators and research associates with creating and maintaining databases, scheduling study visits, and collecting data for grant applications. You will also help monitor research study visits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Salary: $17.30 -$25 hourly

Required:

• Must be a responsible person.
  
• Basic knowledge of office procedures.
  
• Ability to interact with co-workers and study participants professional in a manner. 
  
• Working knowledge of medical terminology. 
  
• Knowledge of MS Office
  
• Communicate clearly in email and orally for telephone calls.
  
• Registered as a UC Student
