Overview
The On Premise Regional Chain Account Executive for Hotels, Clubs, and Venues is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key accounts within the hospitality industry across the state. This role focuses on driving sales growth, executing tailored account plans, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives within the hotel, club, and venue sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth within assigned hotel, club, and venue accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within each account.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies tailored to the hospitality sector.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs specific to hotels, clubs, and venues to identify new business opportunities.
• Present product offerings and promotional plans to account partners within the hospitality industry.
• Monitor and report on account performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at hotels, clubs, and venues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to account partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations specific to hospitality.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build networks within the hospitality sector.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to assess progress and plan future activities.
• Manage account budgets and forecast sales projections.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by accounts promptly.
• Continuously seek to improve processes and efficiencies in account management.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Provide market information and competitive intelligence to internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing, merchandising, and market trends
- Coordinate inventory management activities to include stock level monitoring, replenishment planning, and allocation support
- Investigate and resolve service issues associated with assigned accounts; secures agreements relative to: product availability, delivery, pulls; promotion and programming performance; pricing discrepancies; and quality of market execution; responds to account and Supplier questions, concerns, and/or complaints
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the wine and spirits or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
