The Role

The Manager of Global Partner Programs is a critical leader within the Global Partner Team, working with MessageBird Partners, internal stakeholders, and others to deliver a best-in-class partner experience. You own and drive the Partner Program strategy, the adoption and growth of owned programs, and their planned performance. You are an experienced business or program leader with an established track record of working with partners to build industry-leading programs and partner experiences. You will lead all aspects of the MessageBird Partner Program function across all current and future partner motions and partner engagement types.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the MessageBird Partner Program, including the development of new partner programs, benefits and incentives and own program governance and adoption 

• Deliver continuous improvement in program impact through appropriate development/use of analytics and other feedback loops

• Work closely with Partner Managers, Partner Solutions Engineers, and Product and Sales leadership through the lifecycle management of MessageBird Partner Programs

• Develop overall program messaging, including the value proposition for the partner and be the external evangelist for MessageBird Partner Programs

• Represent our partners through structured feedback with MessageBird’s product teams to shape the further of the platform with a partner lens.

• Define and lead operational processes required to support the establishment and ongoing management of all launched programs

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of demonstrated success in Partner Program Development and Management within technology organisations

• Experience with the development of business cases, operations, and stakeholder management

• Proven track record of program development, launch, and scale adoption

• Ideally, a background in a similar global partner program roles working with various partner types.

• Highly communicative, executive presence, and team-oriented.

• Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry and partner program concepts.

• Experience in the CPaaS industry is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally (25-30%).
