Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Development Administration, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 9 talented application developers and business intelligence specialists. Together, you’ll shape the future of advancement and alumni relations systems, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and fundraising priorities. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing our operations, fostering data-driven decision-making, and strengthening our connections across the University, in the following areas:
Application Development
- Manage priorities and oversee software application and CRM reporting projects.
- Support data warehouse development.
- Collaborate with units, users, and other university offices to find solutions for enhancements and implement new technologies to support fundraising priorities.
Business Intelligence
- Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting and data analysis projects.
- Ensure data integrity in the university’s donor, member, and alumni database.
