Overview
The part-time position will support daily operation management, meeting arrangement, documentation, phone & visitor reception, logistical support, HR support, internal communication & communication, other administrative support.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management:
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including maintaining the office environment, organizing and archiving documents and files, and managing office equipment.
Meeting Arrangement and Coordination:
- Organize and schedule company meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, notifying relevant attendees, and preparing meeting materials.
Documentation:
- Assist in drafting and editing various documents, reports, and notices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Phone and Visitor Reception:
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls or take messages as needed.
Logistical Support:
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and managing office equipment, ensuring sufficient stock of necessary materials for daily operations.
HR Support:
- Assist with employee attendance, benefits, reimbursements, and other daily HR tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Internal Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain good communication with different departments and coordinate work matters to ensure smooth workflow.
Other Administrative Support:
- Provide additional administrative assistance as required by the department.
Qualifications
- 1 year of work experience is preferred
- High school degree or higher, with a preference for administrative management-related majors
- Relevant administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, ablity to work efficiently under pressure required
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Demonstrate Detail-orientation, patience, strong sense of responsibility and excellence in teamwork
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week. A minimum of 3 hours per workday is required
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
