The Role

Provides crisis management support to ensure Kyndryl Global Headquarters is prepared to manage natural or man-made disasters.

· Maintains location emergency plans and develop and provide regular training and moderate emergency scenario exercises with Crisis Management teams.

· Performs risk analysis at proposed and existing Kyndryl location/sites to identify internal and external threats, including support during acquisition and divestiture business activities.

· Provides security systems technology support with regards to the installation and maintenance of security equipment, technologies, and tools.

· Procures information to assist senior leaders in understanding Kyndryl's exposures in all matters under investigation.

· Supports Kyndryl corporate events and special projects when at Headquarter locaion.

· Fosters security vendor relationships to ensure effective and efficient supplier performance results.

· Works under the direction and in support of a senior staff member. Works independently to ensure completeness, qualitative and goal-oriented measures.

· Implements and maintains Corporate Security directives.

· Prepares process documents and updates, prepares reports for functional use, develops security related training and education for Kyndryl management and employees.

· Participates in the audit process for assigned location/site or area of responsibility.

· Works on problems that are broad in scope and performs analysis of data to facilitate decision making.

· Support the installation and maintenance of Security equipment and tools, such as high security key systems and badge readers to secure area space.

· Implement policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods of identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, and material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, product tampering, espionage, sabotage, or loss.

· Support complex security improvement programs across business units and Kyndryl sites.

· Establish relationships with law enforcement, intelligence, and private sector counterparts.

· Management, coordination of vendored Security contract. (i.e. Security Guards, Suppliers etc..)

· Work with Security peers as well as members of the real estate, legal and human resources organizations

· Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Who You Are

Required Education:

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education:

MBA program completion is an asset.

Required Experience:

  • Role is on site at our Corporate Headquarters
  • 5 years experience in corporate security
  • Must be prepared to work normal and flexible hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Ensures functionality and operational capacities of security systems (CCTV, Access Control / Intrusion Alarms Systems, AED and First Aid kits, etc.).
  • Stays abreast of security trends and best practices to continuously improve
  • Maintain relationships with Federal, State and Local law enforcement and other government agencies in support of private-public partnership
  • CPR/First Aid certified

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
