JOB DESCRIPTION:  Anthem Director of Systems

TIME COMMITMENT:  40 hours per week

REPORTS TO:  Anthem Director

JOB STATUS:  Exempt

A mentor/director of operations is directly responsible for the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, social, safety and security needs of each student. They will also aid in managing company vehicles, making allowance allocation, and making sure state accreditation benchmarks are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Residential supervision shift responsibilities on top of operations responsibilities 
• Coordinate efforts with Program Director to meet state accreditation benchmarks through weekly internal audits
• Maintain company vehicles
• Complete minor maintenance projects for house and grounds (1 week turnaround)
• Drive trailer to North Pointe as necessary to unload garbage
• Code receipts by the end of every month
• Manage chore sheet
• Pay boys allowance every week
• Enforcing student rules
• Monitoring and carrying out consequences under the direction of the shift supervisor
• Charting in each student’s medical record on the HQ database
• Communicating and reporting to shift supervisor
• Supporting and assisting other Telos departments in their job descriptions (i.e.: nursing appointments, education testing, grading, tutoring, general cleaning and maintenance, answering telephones, shopping, transporting) as allowed by staffing ratios
• Participating on assigned committees or special assignments
• Assisting with runaway retrieval
• Participating in therapeutic holds and restraints
• Attending and maintaining current certifications such as CPR and first aid
