```HTML About the Role:We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Counter Sales representative at Kropf Lumber in Hesston, KS. As a family-owned business, we take pride in providing top-notch customer service and quality products to our community. In order to provide the best possible service our customers, we are looking for applicants with construction experience and/or knowledge of building products and how they are used. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, both in person and over the phone
• Calling suppliers to find and order product 
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking

Requirements:

• General knowledge of building materials and how they are used is Required
• Previous retail or customer service experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Basic math and computer skills
• Positive and outgoing demeanor
