Job Description
The Agile Project Management Operations Lead role is a change agent focused on creating and expanding service offerings from the Agile Center of Excellence. Leading and developing programs that support the Agile Center of Excellence’s strategic objectives. Working within the Agile Center of Excellence to define content needs and determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension (playbooks, presentations, roadmaps, quick reference guides) Provide consulting advice and expertise to ACoE to help them improve their performance. In short, this role helps to provide services to the enterprise that empower employees to own their transformation.

The Agile Project Management Operations role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Leading and developing programs that support the Agile Center of Excellence’s strategic objectives (Enterprise Operating Model Maturity Assessment, SAFe enterprise license distribution, fostering communities of practice i.e. Agile Day Conference)
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead
- Working with Agile Center of Excellence to define content needs and determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension (playbooks, presentations, roadmaps, quick reference guides)
- Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
- Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
- Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
- Conducting research on any given topic
- Presentation skills that enable an individual to: interact with the audience; transmit the messages with clarity; engage the audience in the presentation; and interpret and understand the mindsets of the listeners.
- Provide consulting advice and expertise to ACoE to help them improve their performance
- Brainstorm strategies for growth, positive change and improvement.
- Facilitate strategic discussion, drive consensus, package vision.
- Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.
