Requirements

Job Title: Powder Mountain Ski & Snowboard School Membership Manager.

Status: Full-Time, Year-Round (9-month), Exempt Salaried

Reporting To: Director of Sports and Recreation 

Job Description:

Powder Mountain Ski & Snowboard School is seeking a guest oriented, self-motivated Membership Manager to lead our team of Powder Haven instructors. Powder Haven is our private terrain and exclusive community offering an elevated on-snow experience.

This role will also be a part of the broader Ski & Snowboard School Leadership Team, you will be integral part of influencing, guiding, and shaping the direction of the School for the short and long term. 

Role Specific Responsibilities:

· Primary point of contact for inquiries, communication and booking the Powder Haven Instructor Team.

· Schedule Instructor Pros and guests according to their ability and duration.

· Ensure Pro and acquired the correct equipment for the guest.

· Collaborate Powder Haven guest services, ensuring the guests needs are met or surpassed.

· Interview, train and mentor a polished and elite staff of instructor pros.

· Keep Powder Haven guest satisfaction at a high level.

· Schedule and coordinate Powder Haven instructor staff for special events.

· Complete accurate labor reporting.

· Strive to elevate quality of product and assign training as needed.

Role Specific Qualifications

· Ability to ski and/or snowboard safely on blue terrain.

· PSIA/AASI Level 2 – Preferred 

· Ski School (or equivalent) management experience – preferred

· Hospitality and/or guests services experience – required.

· Be polished, polite, resourceful and one-step-ahead of the needs of our guests.

· Desire to work at 9,000 ft elevation with exposure to inclement weather.

· Well spoken, articulate and ability to dedication to bring enthusiasm to your staff. 

· Reliable transportation, or commitment to using UTA.

· Ability to work, weekends, holiday, evenings, on call.
