Job Description

Our Hub „Customer Interaction Automated” ensures a great service experience for our Telekom customers: with the right combination of personal consultation from our agent and the help of Artificial Intelligence, we are able to solve customer requests around the clock and from many different tough points, such as our hotline, the Mein Magenta App, Telekom Smart Speaker, Whatsapp and webchat.

In our international Hub we have over a year of experience in successful collaboration based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). To help us improve further in regards to quality and test automation, we need your support!  
 

Qualifications

Your tasks as a DevOps Engineer Agile:

• Responsible for various CI/CD pipelines with regard to public/private cloud providers, e.g. AWS, AppAgile (OpenShift), CaaS
• Continuous deployment
• Gitlab Pipelines
• Create dashboards for Kibana / Grafana / Graylog / Dynatrace
• Templating of k8s manifestos (Helm)
• Docker Security

 Your skills and experiences:

• DevOps Mindset (the twelve-factor app)
• Containerization Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with CI tools, e.g. Gitlab (Magenta CICD)
• Scripting: bash (optional: python, ...)
• Experience with Linux distributions (AlpineLinux , Ubuntu)
