Product Management - Product Content Specialist

Summary:
Maintains product data content throughout the life cycle of all OPE and AG products while providing support for Agility through a governance role and serving as an Agility Power User providing testing support for new/modified Agility features.
Duties:
Responsible for maintaining product data content of new and existing products to accelerate growth in new and existing sales channels.
Maintain cross references, applications, and fitment relationships for parts and equipment models.
Assist Product Management team with data intensive projects for new products.
Complete proofing of catalog, flyers, and labels to support the sales, marketing and graphics teams.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through product review and customer feedback.
Maintain a consistent corporate image through consistent product content standards and accurate product content data.
Communicate with product management and product data team to support data changes as products groups evolve.
Stay current with industry and competitor trends through online research, industry related shows, and publications.
Serve in an Agility governance role to develop new features and attributes for new and existing product groups and process changes.
Serve as an Agility Power User and provides training, support, and guidance to other Agility users.
Support and guide the testing of Agility features and gadgets to assure proper requirements are identified and met prior to implementation.
Communicate inter-departmentally to answer questions and resolve issues regarding Agility and NetSuite.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent business experience
1+ years’ work experience in the industry
Knowledge of replacement parts for OPE/Ag industry or similar preferred
Ability to present information effectively
Experienced with Microsoft Office
Detail orientated
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
