We are currently looking for a Senior HR Operations & Total Rewards Services Specialist for our office in Łódź. 

This role plays a key operational and advisory function, ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-quality HR administration while acting as a subject-matter expert for HR operations, payroll coordination, and workforce reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own and oversee end-to-end HR administration processes, ensuring full compliance with labor law, GDPR, internal policies, and audit requirements. 

  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, amendments, certificates, terminations, civil law contracts) and advise managers on procedural requirements. 

  • Govern time, attendance, absences, medical checks, and OHS compliance within HR systems. 

  • Act as the main HR Operations partner for the external payroll provider, validating inputs, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with Finance. 

  • Administer employee benefits programs and act as an escalation point for benefits-related topics. 

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and analyses (headcount, absences, turnover, working time, personnel costs, forecasts), translating data into actionable insights. 

  • Contribute to HR process development, standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Support HR Business Partners, managers, and junior HR staff through expertise sharing and operational guidance. 

 

Requirements: 

  • University degree in HR, Law, Administration, Economics, or related field. 

  • 5–7+ years of experience in HR administration / HR operations, with independent ownership of employee lifecycle processes. 

  • Strong practical knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and GDPR.
