Role Overview 

Working within the Product and Engineering team, and closely with the CPTO, CEO and Board, this strategic senior role will orchestrate Bizimply’s AI product vision and strategy. You will lead the development of intelligent, agentic features that transform workforce management for Service Industries. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in class AI-powered tools that reduce operational friction, optimise labour costs, and elevate customer and employee experience. 
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with other Product Managers who oversee the core systems, as well as delivery teams to shape the future of Bizimply’s platform, influence company-wide innovation, and ensure our AI investments drive measurable business outcomes in line with our Strategy 25 goals. 


Job Description 
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced, commercially-driven Product Manager to join our team. You’ll own features end-to-end, from conception to delivery, and play a critical role in shaping user experience and delivering real customer value. You must be confident working cross-functionally, driving discovery and delivery, and designing high-quality solutions. The role is central to Bizimply’s strategic ambition to remain the leading workforce management platform. By embedding AI deeper into our core offerings, we aim to deliver smarter scheduling, predictive performance insights, and automated compliance—all of which drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership and Collaboration

• Strategic Leadership, partner with the CEO, CPTO and Board to define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with Bizimply’s growth strategy and market expansion goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketing and other stakeholders to scope and deliver high quality, timely product
• Team Building, build and mentor a high-performing AI product team as the company scales. 

Product Development

• Lead AI product discovery, define problem spaces, and validate solutions with real users. 
• Own the full AI product lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, solution design, execution, launch, and iteration. 
• Deliver AI products that revolutionise Bizimply’s existing portfolio, improving customer experience 
• Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, or high-fidelity flows for validation and development. 
• Write clear PRDs, tickets, and product documentation. 
• Use data, feedback, and intuition to continuously refine the product. 
• Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints

Market Development

•  Market Differentiation, position Bizimply as a best-in-breed AI innovator in workforce management through thought leadership, partnerships, and product excellence. 
• Commercial Impact, define success metrics for AI initiatives, linking product outcomes to revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency. 
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to pinpoint product enhancement opportunities and set the product apart in the marketplace. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS and mobile/web platforms (1-3+ years in AI/ML products). 
• Experience reporting to or working closely with C-level executives.
• Proven track record of delivering AI products that drive commercial impact in SaaS or workforce tech
• Deep knowledge of delivering agentic or generative AI features, customer insights engines, multimodal platforms, automated workflows 
• Excellent understanding of data environments underpinning AI products
• Data-driven decision making, defining success, tracking metrics, and adjusting, without losing sight of customer context. 
• Experience with ethical AI responsibilities, compliance and bias mitigation. 
• End-to-end ownership, leading from concept to release, aligning user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 
• Strong discovery skills, validating ideas, gathering insights, and shaping problems worth solving. 
• Startup mentality, self-motivated, independent, and resourceful. Moves quickly, fails and adapts fast. 
• Confident design ability, wireframing or mocking up solutions in Figma to communicate and validate ideas.
