Identity, Governance & Administration (IGA) Sr. Analyst

About your role:
You will join a team that secures workforce identities and enforces access governance across Fiserv’s enterprise systems. As an IGA Sr. Analyst, you will lead identity governance operations, optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ processes, and drive measurable improvements in access certification, remediation, and compliance. Your work will ensure secure, auditable identity lifecycles that support business agility and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and oversee identity lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) using SailPoint IdentityIQ to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage and prioritize access certification campaigns, including campaign design, nested group remediation, and remediation of entitlements lacking owners or descriptions.
  • Direct provisioning and de-provisioning administration across enterprise systems and connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS).
  • Build and maintain IAM dashboards and reports to track identity governance metrics, certification status, and remediation progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams to define governance requirements and implement scalable, repeatable IGA solutions.
  • Support internal and external audits of user access and entitlements, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide training, runbooks, and guidance to technology and business stakeholders on IAM processes, automation, and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate IAM trends and recommend enhancements to Fiserv’s identity governance framework.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration, role modeling, campaign design, and nested group remediation.
  • 8+ years of experience in identity lifecycle management and provisioning/de-provisioning across enterprise systems and connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, SCIM).
  • 8+ years of experience designing and executing access certification campaigns, entitlement lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and remediation automation.
  • 8+ years of experience in relational database design and data analysis for identity data preparation and cleansing using SQL Server and Oracle.
  • 6+ years of experience implementing and aligning IAM controls to regulatory and security standards (SOX, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, SOC).
  • 6+ years of experience developing automation and integrations using scripting/programming languages (Java, JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell).
  • 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • SailPoint certifications (e.g., Identity Security Engineer Certification).
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
  • Experience with cloud-based identity providers and solutions (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Experience with IAM connector development and SCIM integrations.
  • Audit support experience and stakeholder management for regulatory examinations.

How you’ll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

  • Approximately 0% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
