Lucid Motors is seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members (Contract) and Material Handlers (Contract) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in assembling and producing high-quality vehicles in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You Will: 

• Operate machinery and tools to assemble vehicle components

• Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on parts and assemblies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Report equipment or safety issues promptly

• Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment

You Bring: 

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours per shift)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable with repetitive motions and tasks

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
