Senior Analyst, Order to Cash Direct and New Business Models

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations Delivery, O2C Direct & New Business Models to join our team!

This role is responsible for the execution of Order to Cash (O2C) Direct activities globally, including accounts receivable, new business models and new payment providers and methods. This includes oversight of O2C Direct activities performed by the managed service provider (MSP) to ensure a flawless customer journey and business profitability.

The candidate needs to embrace and lead change to support the scaling of the Nike Direct business and the activation of the MSP within the finance transformation journey. They should demonstrate attention to detail in working with large data sets and seek to drive clarity while ensuring accountability and driving business results.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will support the O2C Financial Operations delivery team within the Nike & Converse business. You will manage a portfolio of payment service providers to ensure on time cash collection, cash application and control company’s exposure to credit risk as well to provide great service to our partners. Responsibilities also include KPI management, collections strategy implementation, account analysis, operational improvement and other duties as assigned. You will review and approve resolutions to consumer transaction validation errors and accounts receivable ledger discrepancies identified by the MSP and provide feedback on the resolution to the MSP.

You will be a key player in building sustainable, automated cash reconciliations and controls to enable the growing Nike Direct business. This includes user-acceptance testing and adoption of BlackLine matching and reconciliation modules for Payment Validation. It also includes partnering with the technology team to systematically set up new business models and new consumer payment providers, updating and communicating relevant policies to the Geographies.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance Operations Delivery, O2C Direct & New Business models and will have frequent communication with Controlling, Technology, Customer Services and other internal team members, as well as with the MSP and the Senior Director, GPO O2C.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on O2C Direct management at a multi-national company

• People manager experience preferred

• Certified Public Accountant preferred

• Managing customer relationships strongly preferred

• Effective communicator with ability to influence partners during difficult conversations

• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills

• SAP knowledge preferred

• BlackLine system knowledge is a plus (Reconciliation, Matching and Journal Entry modules)
