Are you a passionate technology marketer looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to make a difference in schools through Education Technology? Then we have the role for you! As the Marketing Manager responsible for the Faria brand and wider Americas marketing, you will own and elevate our brand to new heights. From critical analysis and go-to-market thinking through to designing and overseeing marketing campaigns, social media, events, and thought leadership; you will cover the whole marketing mix from demand generation to customer retention.
You will work closely with our VP of Americas, Product Managers, Sales team, Customer Success and Professional Development teams, and as part of the larger Marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Similar to sales, this marketing role is focused on generating leads and driving customer acquisition.
- Critical analysis and thinking, leading to go-to-market strategy and planning to drive demand generation, corporate marketing, customer retention and cross-sell expansion for our Faria platform and Americas marketing.
- Work within the Global Marketing team, reporting to the Global Head of Demand Generation to coordinate marketing strategy and plans.
- Work with Product & Release Managers to plan and execute customer communications across social media, blog posts, videos, and other mediums.
- Coordination via HubSpot of all social media and email campaigns, SEO and PPC promotions, and publishing for thought leadership and community-building.
- Work closely with the Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure marketing is aligned with Sales strategy in order to increase qualified inbound lead velocity.
- Report on marketing activities and constantly improve marketing efforts to optimise return on investment and the quality of leads generated.
- Build a deep understanding of our learning platform, customer pain points (jobs to be done) and synthesise and apply insight of international education trends in order to refine and improve our product positioning and marketing.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience is a prerequisite.
- Understanding of education, the Learning Management System market, and/or EdTech/SaaS is highly preferred.
- Utilising methods and processes to drive demand generation to support the sales pipeline.
- Proven ability to plan and execute product communications & marketing that resonates with international educators by solving their pain points and challenges (jobs to be done).
- Utilising methods and processes to drive demand generation to support the sales pipeline.
- Mastery of marketing automation tools including Hubspot, CRM and lists & data management, and optimising cohort-based conversion funnels.
- Strong spoken & written communication for copywriting review.
- Innate design sense with meticulous attention-to-detail and ability to build on existing Style Guides with on-point brand consistency.
- Ideally a BA in Marketing or Communications.
Capabilities & Character
- Strong Project Management process in a Marketing capacity with understanding & empathy for ‘jobs-to-be-done’ among international educators.
- Ability to translate Sales and Support feedback into thoughtful communication & marketing plans with consistent marketing collateral (PPTX, Videos, Campaigns).
- Ability to learn quickly, to absorb and apply complex curriculum updates, and to effectively build on your past experience in international education to impact schools, educators & students.
- Matrix management and influencing skills and experience.

*The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000, plus eligibility for sales bonuses based on reaching specified OKR targets. A variety of factors will determine base salary, including years of experience and specific skill sets. Salary reviews are conducted on an ann
