Wine Sampler/Dishwasher - Robert Mondavi Winery

Job Description

Position Summary

This temporary, hourly role supports winery operations through wine sampling, cellar and lab support, and winemaking tastings, along with dishwashing and sanitation duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and prepare wine samples from tanks and barrels following established procedures
• Support winemaking tastings, including setup and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab, cellar, and sampling areas
• Wash, clean, and store dishes, glassware, and equipment used in winery operations
• Load and unload dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with basic lab and cellar tasks as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Winery, cellar, lab, or dishwasher experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication skills in English
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Good customer service & time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Salary Range $20.00hr -$24.00hr
