The Team

With diverse services spanning strategy and digital innovation, to omni-channel customer experience, supply chain optimization, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

The Role

• Take a lead role in identifying, developing our capabilities within our Poland practice
• Lead the development of Value Propositions that exploit emerging and established technologies (e.g., Digital, Data Management, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence) to solve our clients operational and strategic challenges.
• Either anchor or play significant delivery leadership role on 1-2 target Energy accounts within the Europe
• Work alone and/or lead medium and/or large teams split across multiple geographies
• Develop provocative points of view and thought leadership and advise clients on technology issues
• Develop Market Offerings and lead medium and large Sales Pursuits
• Lead the creation of client proposal for consulting and/or transformation engagements

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Principal to lead our Energy practice in Poland with experience in:

• 10+ Years’ Experience in Technology transformation and Consulting primarily in Utilities or Oil & Gas
• Successful Business Development history including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle
• Able to provide direction and coordination across the various aspects of small, medium and large strategy creation and innovation delivery engagements
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI
• Demonstrable ability to develop consulting IP and Market Offerings
• Experience working with an offshore delivery partner highly desirable
• Extensive business experience in two or more areas:
• Utilities
• Trading, Operations and Risk Management
• Downstream Oil & Gas
• Business to Business (B2B) and Retail (B2C) operations
• New Electrification/renewables businesses

• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
• An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
• A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
