Early Career Apprentice Program
Want to work in your field and train on the job? Join our 12–24-month apprentice program! You will earn and learn on the job, receive career guidance and mentorship, all while attending school. Allstate will also provide tuition assistance and hands-on training in the field of sustainability and project management.
Law & Regulation – Sustainability Project Coordinator Apprentice
Your role as a Sustainability Project Manager will expose you to impactful projects that support Allstate’s environmental and sustainability initiatives. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience in project management, research, and sustainability best practices. Apprenticeship Role:

Our apprentice program is designed to prepare you for future careers in sustainability, project management, and corporate environmental initiatives.

Job Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Project Management, or other relevant fields preferred.
- Candidates with strong project management skills and a passion for sustainability are encouraged to apply.
Work Authorization:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Core Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills—ability to manage multiple sustainability projects effectively.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sustainability Project Manager Apprentice Responsibilities:
As a Sustainability Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting Allstate’s sustainability efforts and driving environmental initiatives. You’ll:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends and best practices.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in sustainability-related external reporting.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate environmental initiatives.
