HR & Comms Strategy and its responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, delivery and international deployment of strategic communications and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and strong execution across markets.
  • Develop and manage the Group’s internal communications ecosystem, driving its continuous evolution, adoption, performance measurement and data‑driven improvement.
  • Shape and support the development of the Group HR Strategy, coordinating cross‑country strategic initiatives and ensuring end‑to‑end oversight (scope, timelines, costs, risks, communication and deliverables).
  • Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses to assess project impact and define solutions, actions and roadmaps that accelerate transformation while ensuring alignment with senior leaders
  • Partner with Group and local stakeholders to ensure consistency, best practice sharing and integrated delivery across HR and Communications strategic programmes
  • Support senior leadership in preparing materials for Board meetings, Management Team sessions and other strategic forums, ensuring clarity, quality and impact.

This is a full‑time position based in Madrid, following a hybrid work model: two days per week of remote work and two weeks per year working from anywhere you choose.
