Job Description:

Collection and Targeting Specialist (Team Lead)

Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Specialist Team Lead to serve in support of administrative and intelligence tasks for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Directorate of Intelligence J2.

HOW AN INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION AND TARGETING SPECIALIST TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Serves as the Sr Intel Collection and Targeting, Team Lead, on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations program in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Operations
  • Supports and performs functions related to ISR planning, operations, and assessments.
  • Collaborates with analysts to identify intelligence needs and develop tailored collection strategies aligned with USCENTCOM priorities.
  • Updates requestors on the status of collection requirements, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Develops and delivers briefings and training materials related to ISR operations, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive ISR dashboard, visualizing critical information like the effectiveness of various Multi-INT disciplines.
  • Engages in research and development to enhance methods of communicating and visualizing key ISR data, enabling stakeholders to understand trends and key information.
  • Conducts assessments of single and multi-INT collection platforms, detailing their effectiveness in achieving objectives and supporting MoEs/MoPs.
  • Engages in routine communication with the customer on both mission and administrative deliverables.
  • Identifies and implements corrective action plans, timely identification of issues and effective management of contractors assigned to the Intelligence and Operations Synchronization Division.
  • Engages in technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Division.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with favorable poly.
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Education / Required Experience: Master’s Degree with 12 years related experience or Bachelor’s Degree with a total of 17yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s Degree
  • Required:  Must attempt the CCMP-F within 1 yr, task management and prioritization skills, ISR expertise
  • Preferred: CENTCOM Intelligence Experience

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
