About the role
Redaptive is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Partnership Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and unleashing the power of our relationships to drive business growth and brand visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships that align with our company's values, objectives, and revenue growth goals. Your creativity, interpersonal skills, and data-driven mindset will contribute to the success of our partnerships, resulting in increased market share and customer engagement. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new partner training, onboarding, certification and potentially working as a team member to develop a best-in-class Partner portal.
- Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure, solution awareness and understanding, new leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop messaging, value proposition, and plan to promote our Eco-System of partners to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of partnership/channel initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners and their marketing leaders to develop effective messaging, sales enablement content, marketing campaigns, joint events, and website linkages to effectively bring our solutions and partnership to market.
- Analyze and report on the performance of partnership campaigns, pipeline, retention rates, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the partnership landscape.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B partnership marketing or channel marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Experience marketing a SaaS or Cleantech partner eco-system a plus.
- Exceptional understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
Permanent Authorization in the US is required at this time.

- Expected annual salary: 110k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
- Annual at-target bonus: minimum 10% of salary depending on level of role
