Production Co-Op

YOUR MISSION

• Support the Global and North America production departments - Sportstyle, Running/Training, Basketball and ESports
• Serve as production assistant on local Boston-based shoots - coordination of models and crew, as well as running errands and product prep/lacing
• Manage in-house product-based shoots – hire external crew, manage scheduling of all stakeholders
• Discover and research new content creators for PUMA to work with
• Assist with sample inventory and shipping for shoots – liaise with global offices to locate product, maintain and organize the production storage room
• Provide office support for producers while they are on the road.
• Compile shot lists based on deliverables deck and creative direction
• Hard drive organization
• Coordinate vendor screenings and presentations

YOUR TALENT

• Strong interest in production for video and photography
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prior production internship experience preferred
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once (great time management is key)
• Proficiency in all Office Platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
