Senior HR Generalist - EMEA

Role Summary

Responsible for advising on employment legislation, and assisting in compliance with both basic and complex employment law. May also be responsible for the implementation of policies covering terms and conditions of employment, employment counseling, employee assistance programs, and other policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Creation/Updates of Employment related document templates

- Close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team

- Onboarding/Offboarding the Employees

- Collaboration with payroll and payroll inputs preparation

- Keeping up with the labor code changes across entrusted countries

- Collaboration with HR Shared Service Center

- Supporting local HR manager in their queries

- People Operations tasks

Job Requirements

- Knowing the labor code and understanding of general Labor related topics across EU

- Orientation on detail

- Understanding GDPR related legislation

- Payroll inputs preparation experience

- Advance English is a must, German language would be great benefit

- Being a team player, ability to collaborate across countries
