Responsibilities

Your mission with us  

  • Overall responsibility for all financial matters of the company, including reporting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis. 

  • Strategic development and optimization of financial processes in the frame of Group’s policies. 

  • Financial application development in the frame of Group’s application policies and Group’s application team.

  • Participation in the development and implementation of new business models. 

  • Working closely with the Management Board, departments functions heads and HQ’s finance team to achieve corporate goals. 

  • Work closely with the business to leverage financial metrics to improve the business

  • Representing the company to German authorities, tax advisors and stakeholders. 

  • Leading the Finance team. 

Qualifications

This is how you convince us  

  • Higher education degree, e.g. master's degree in economics or finance, diploma or equivalent

  • Mindset to connect things like finance & business thinking

  • Sound professional experience in finance, ideally with a background in management consulting or in an area where business has been built up strongly in a short time 

  • Strong affinity for numbers and ability to present complex financial topics in an understandable way. 

  • Experience of working in a matrix organization and the ability to integrate quickly into an international team. 

  • Excellent German and English languages skills at a minimum C2 level and business fluent communication with German authorities. 

  • Flexible working hours and participation in board meetings and team events in Berlin or other locations
