Account Manager

A Day in the Life:

Responsible for overall account management of assigned AAA Clubs. This includes managing the AAA Club relationship(s), marketing execution, and driving program results. 

The starting salary for this role is $65K; commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Drives program growth through broader and deeper relationships within an assigned AAA Club portfolio. 
• Identifies, analyzes, prioritizes and executes on all revenue opportunities, grow market share, and implement Hertz marketing plans with assigned AAA Clubs.
• Responsible for meeting and communicating key performance metrics to assigned Clubs on a regular and ongoing basis.
• Creates and maintains relationships with key decision makers within assigned Clubs to identify their business needs, assess incremental revenue opportunities, and align Hertz products to meet their needs. 
• Responsible for aligning and implementing the overall Organization’s objectives and strategies
• Responsible for communication and working with a variety of cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Loyalty, and Customer Service.

What We’re Looking For: 

• B.S/B.A degree or equivalent required. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management with large, national organizations preferrable in travel or association/membership-related industries
• Proven track record of successfully creating appropriate strategies to prospect, identify, and capitalize on revenue generative opportunities across multiple lines within a relationship-based selling environment.
• Candidates prior experience should have maintained a high level of performance in roles increasing in scope or level of responsibility.
• Strong computer, computer software and overall technology skills.   
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
