Responsive recruiter About the Role:We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as Floater at Just Kids Christian Academy in San Antonio, TX. This role will involve assisting in various classrooms and providing support to our teachers and children throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Assist with meal and snack times
• Provide support during nap time and restroom breaks

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education and development
