Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Stockroom Clerk for our Materials Management Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Stockroom Clerk you will:
• Identify, pick, and distribute inventoried stock items to assigned departments (e.g., PAR rooms, clinical units)
• Restock shelves and bins with incoming inventory and maintain organized supply rooms
• Perform product expiration checks in warehouse and supply rooms; remove outdated items
• Assist with daily cycle counts, year-end inventory, and report par level discrepancies
• Break down pallets and assist with unloading and putting away deliveries
• Respond to customer requests and assist with locating and issuing supplies via Workday
• Dispose of waste and empty boxes, and help maintain a clean and safe storeroom environment

Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or materials management preferred

Work Schedule:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
  • Typical Daily Schedule: 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
  • Shift Type: Night
  • Weekend Requirements: Required every other weekend rotation
  • Holiday Requirements: Required/Follow company holiday calendar
  • On-Call: No
  • Shift Differential Eligible: Yes

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $22.79

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Non-Exempt)
