As<b>Senior Quality Control Specialist I</b></span><span><b> </b></span><span>you will be responsible for formulating warehouse assessments, monitoring performance, driving improvements, and executing quality control inspections.</span><br/><br/><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br/><span>• </span>Identify data monitoring points based on operational management objectives and continuously improve monitoring plans.<br/><span>• </span> Monitor operational process data, identify and proactively alert operational risks, and follow up with operational departments to avoid them in advance.<br/><span>• </span>Monitor key operational results, pinpoint qualitative operational issues, and drive and track closure improvements from responsible departments.<br/><span>• </span> Promote the online and standardized operation monitoring, continuously iterate operational monitoring tools and methods, and enhance the efficiency of operational monitoring work.<br/><span>• </span>Collect and analyze the data monitoring needs of regional warehouses, develop monitoring reports, and standardize promotion.<br/><span>• </span> Collect and explore opportunities for operational quality improvement, providing professional improvement suggestions and plans.<br/><span>• </span> Monitor operational results, including capacity, efficiency, quality, and timeliness, while collaborating with upstream and downstream to identify and implement improvements.<br/><span>• </span> Define responsibilities for warehouse positions and confirm KPI assessment plans for relevant personnel.<br/><br/><b>Job Requirements:</b><br/><span>• </span>Bachelor’s degree or above, with English as a working language.<br/><span>• </span>Over five years of quality control management experience and rich project management experience, with relevant experience in large manufacturing or cross-border e-commerce industries.<br/><span>• </span>Possess professional knowledge in logistics engineering, logistics management, and supply chain management, capable of developing and improving a professional knowledge system for positions, with a strong understanding of the development of the warehousing industry.<br/><span>• </span>Proficient in using Excel, with SQL skills being a definite plus.<br/>  <br/><span><b>What we offer:</b> </span><br/><span>• Attractive salary; </span><br/><span>• Full-time employment contract (1st – 3 months, 2nd – 1 year, 3rd – unlimited); </span><br/><span>• Opportunities for development in the organization (twice a year – windows for promotion pass); • Annual bonus (from one to three monthly salaries - depending on the personal performance, company performance and on the position); </span><br/><span>• Access to company training and learning platform.</span><br/><br/><span><b>Benefits:</b> </span><br/><span>• Medical care package – Luxmed; </span><br/><span>• Life and health insurance – Nationale Nederlanden; </span><br/><span>• Multisport card; </span><br/><span>• Lunch for 1 PLN (available both meat and vegetarian versions); </span><br/><span>• 30% discount for SHEIN products; </span><br/><span>• Free parking spots, including charging stations for electrical cars; </span><br/><span>• Company benefit fund; </span><br/><span>• Employee referral program; • Multiple teambuilding activities.</span></p> <p></p> SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, offering SHEIN branded apparel and products from a global network of vendors, all at affordable prices.
