Job Description

What you can expect

• As a Senior HVAC Engineer you are responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integrated design process up to the implementation on site in the specialist area of HVAC.
• As a Project Leader you are responsible for the technical leadership of the members of your team.
• Your main responsibilities include the design work in the integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• You represent ATP vis-à-vis clients, the statutory authorities, and executing companies.
• You are also responsible for controlling the costs and quality of the project in your specialist area.
• You cooperate closely with all disciplines (architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, site supervision) and external specialist planners.
• You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal in the shape of climate-neutral design and with the objective of realizing a sustainable building.

Qualifications

What you bring to ATP

• You have successfully completed a relevant degree in building services engineering or a comparable course of training.
• You have many years of relevant management and practical experience in the design, coordination, and implementation of major projects, , ideally including expertise in data centers or healthcare.
• You possess conversational proficiency in both German and English.
• You enjoy leading a diverse team and actively supporting the training and advancement of young employees.
• As part of your interest for software tools you have already had the opportunity to gain knowledge of Auto-CAD/Revit.
• You are curious and highly enthusiastic about sustainability and the Green Deal.
• Your profile is rounded off by a keen awareness of timetables, costs, and quality.
