A Property Maintenance Technician at SERVPRO makes sure that our property and vehicles are in pristine condition. All tools, cleaning supplies and items needed to complete the requirements of this position will be provided! We are a family owned, and veteran ran company with a welcoming and energetic culture.    Benefits

Responsibilities 

• Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
• Trim and maintain the weeds around the property
• Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
  • Make sure the lot is free of garbage and debris 
  • Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage 
  • Make sure areas around storage units are free of garbage and debris
• Wash and maintain company vehicles
• Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
• Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
• Wash windows inside and outside of buildings
• Clean office area
  • Vacuum
  • Take out garbage
  • Clean desks
• Clean bathrooms
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements 

• Strong work ethic
• Honest and accountable
• Detail oriented is a must
• Strong communication skills is a plus

Physical and Work Environment Requirements 

• Occasionally - Lifting objects/property 
• Constant- Walking, standing and working with your hands

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel RequirementsThis is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.  Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
