Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager
What You Will Work On
Lead the implementation of a new production blending line
Take over an ongoing investment project through a structured handover
Manage the project from execution through final delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
Coordinate project activities alongside ongoing production operations
Manage suppliers, contractors, and external vendors
Oversee contracts, procurement activities, and supplier performance
Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, and quality requirements
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality
Track project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with food production standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Drive successful commissioning and handover of the new production line

What You Bring
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within food production or food manufacturing (mandatory)
Strong experience managing industrial investment or capital projects
Experience managing suppliers, contracts, procurement, and external vendors
Strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing environments
Experience coordinating projects within active production facilities
Excellent project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Ability to independently lead complex technical projects
Structured, organized, and delivery-focused approach
