Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Technician I will work in a manufacturing environment, performing tasks related to assembly and production of parts for satellite systems.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The rate for this role starts at $20 an hour.</span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Available shifts:</span> 1.) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Monday-Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm</span> <strong>OR</strong> 2.) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Monday–Thursday, 6:00pm 4:30am</span> (Nightshift is a base pay of $20/hr + 10% shift differential)</p> <p>Depending on business needs, this role may also have opportunities on:</p> <ul> <li>Shift 3- Weekends: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (3x12s).</li> <li>Shift 4- Weekends/Nights: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. (3x12s).<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Works as part of a production team to assemble parts.</li> <li>Sorts and places material or items on tables, racks or bins.</li> <li>Assembles satellite sub-assembly parts manually.</li> <li>Uses various hand tools, measuring and test equipment.</li> <li>Cleans assembled parts and places in protective bags or boxes.</li> <li>Packs, seals and moves boxes.</li> <li>Picks up, moves and sorts small parts.</li> <li>Uses small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.</li> <li>Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer.</li> <li>Must be service-oriented, flexible and enjoy working with a variety of staff.</li> <li>Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.</li> <li>Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision and able to manage multiple projects.</li> <l
