Start your journey today and join our skilled team.</p></div><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Commissioning (Cx) Director to join our growing construction enterprise. As an Electrical Cx Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of electrical commissioning for projects across the company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Electrical Commissioning Managers and Superintendents are following all policies as it relates to commissioning electrical equipment. Additionally, your role as Electrical Cx Director will allow you to influence and create new standards for how the company completes our electrical commissioning.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company’s electrical commissioning program.</li> <li>Establish standardized commissioning procedures, protocols and best practices to drive consistency across all projects.</li> <li>Align commissioning practices with Safety, Quality and Operations programs.</li> <li>Manage, mentor and develop Electrical Cx Managers.</li> <li>Develop and manage department staffing plan and resource allocation.</li> <li>Foster a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement within the commissioning department.</li> <li>Represent the commissioning team in executive-level meetings with clients and contractors.</li> <li>Assist in project pursuits/interviews.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5+ years of electrical commissioning experience and 10+ years of electrical construction experience.</li> <li>Track record of leading large teams across multiple simultaneous projects.</li> <li>Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of commissioning standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA, etc.).</li> <li>Proven ability to implement scalable processes and mentor future leaders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Abil
