What you'll do

• Be a driving force in the global KNAUF IT by planning and driving the execution of comprehensive IT initiatives in environments, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and stakeholder incl. C-Level
• Manage high-integrated IT landscapes by overseeing the seamless integration of new systems and technologies within existing IT ecosystems, reducing disruption and optimizing efficiency for our KNAUF internal end users
• Align technology strategy and operational goals with Knauf IT leadership to develop IT roadmaps that balance short-term demands with long-term transformation goals well aligned with other strategic KNAUF IT transformation programs
• Monitor and manage program delivery by supervising and mentoring delivery teams and vendors to ensure corresponding projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a focus on quality
• Anticipate and mitigate risks and identify opportunities in technology implementations and vendor support to ensure solutions are robust and future-proof

Who you are

• You bring a strong track record of leading complex, large-scale IT programs and transformations with several years of experience based on adequate university degree - Certification in the area is a plus
• You are an excellent communicator to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders incl. C-Level and negotiate effectively with vendors and partners
• You balance an eye for detail with the ability to keep broader program goals in focus, ensuring every part of a program contributes to overall success being detailed-oriented and pragmatic
• You thrive in dynamic environments and take a proactive approach to problem-solving, always seeking the best solutions for your stakeholders 
• You have strong English language skills (spoken and written), proficiency in German is a plus
