The role. . .

As a Regional President you will be a key member of Pearl’s leadership team, responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our enterprise business across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. Pearl is currently managing over 170,000 lives, with aggressive goals to triple that footprint over the next two years. You will lead strategic partnerships with enterprise clients—including large provider groups, hospitals and health systems, IPAs, CINs, and payers—to cement Pearl’s leadership in value-based care (VBC).

This is a high-impact role collaborates cross-functionally across Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to scale Pearl’s reach and impact. To be successful in this role you will:

  • Spearhead the identification, acquisition, and expansion of strategic enterprise partnerships to drive Pearl’s rapid market expansion.

  • Own the full deal lifecycle - from pipeline development to contract execution - partnering with Finance and Operations to ensure timely and strategic closings that contribute directly to revenue growth.

  • Help develop and scale our regional P&Ls so we drive contributing margin for the business and bring an integrated approach to our growth and expansion including multiple lines of business, holistic client relationships, and comprehensive organization transformation support toward value based care.

  • Partner with Operations and R&D to surface key market trends that can inform performance priorities.

  • Serve as a senior external evangelist for Pearl, expanding high-value relationships with healthcare decision-makers, executives, and key stakeholders.

  • Lead a high-performing, cross-functional enterprise growth team; coach and mentor future leaders while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Partner with Operations and R&D teams to shape offerings that meet market demand and support the shift to value-based care across Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and elevate Pearl’s brand within the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Contribute meaningfully to Pearl’s broader strategy, business development, and operations, supporting alignment across clinical, operational, and financial goals.

  • Surface opportunities and support initiatives to drive down the cost of care while improving outcomes for at-risk populations.

Who you are. . .

  • 10+ years in healthcare sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, including experience with enterprise-level clients.

  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing large commercial/value-based contracts and managing strategic partnerships across complex healthcare organizations.

  • Deep understanding of medical loss ratio (MLR) and value-based care dynamics, including risk-bearing models.

  • Extensive network of healthcare leaders across provider groups, health systems, and payers.

  • Experience leading regional or national growth teams, with direct P&L responsibility preferred.

  • Exceptional communicator and presenter with strong executive presence and influencing skills.

  • High-growth startup experience preferred; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure.

  • Experience selling healthcare technology solutions (e.g., EMR/EHR, population health management, interoperability, analytics, AI/ML solutions, care coordination tools).
