Position Overview: As a Leafer at Central Moloney, you will be an essential part of our assembly team, focusing on the crucial task of assembling transformer core steel. Your meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards will contribute significantly to our production goals and the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions to put together core steel pieces according to customer specifications and company guidelines.
• Install various components on coils, including steel parts, padding, clips, and frames, ensuring accurate assembly.
• Inspect assembled core and coil units to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain organization of tools and work area to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and follow supervisor directions to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during the assembly process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job-related materials and follow written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Proficient in using manual and powered hand tools.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members and follow supervisor guidance.
• Background check, Drug & Physical screening required.
