Job Summary
Trains and advises lower level customer service representatives on problems and questions in a lead worker capacity orhandles complex or unusual customer problems in response to customer needs. Also coordinates the daily activities oflower level representatives to ensure timely, efficient, and courteous service is provided to customers.
Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of customer service experience requiring heavy phone/public contact which involved data entry, analyzing accounts and/or complaint resolution.
LICENSE:
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
vailability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
