Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, Client Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

You Will:

• Be the client relationship manager for day-to-day queries

• Prepare/review reconciliations of cash, positions, and accruals of client funds managed within the team
• Prepare/review pricing of portfolios ensuring all holdings are priced observing the applicable fund documents and valuation policies
• Prepare/review capital call and distribution calculations and allocations
• Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents
• Prepare/review investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly
• Prepare/review NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements
• Complete other ad hoc clients’ requests and projects
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met including SOC 1 and internal audit request.
• Assist in preparation of audited financial statements, annual audit and other regulatory services, as applicable

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working at this level in Private Equity and Real Asset funds
• Knowledge of funds, fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, fee calculations/waterfalls, equalization, trading strategies, financial instruments and fund offering documentation
• Third level qualification (minimum 2.2 degree), qualified or part qualified accountant or other relevant qualification
• Working knowledge of Investran, Yardi or Geneva a plus
