As the Senior Manager/Director, Oncology Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing and lead generation strategies to optimize brand awareness, reputation, acquisition, and market education on our offering. You will own product brand marketing, content development, growth marketing, social media, and lead effective advertising programs by managing efforts hands-on, leading contractors/agencies, and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, results-oriented, innovative and comfortable with change. This is a remote position, but you may also work from our office in Menlo Park or Union City, CA if you’re locally-based and report directly to the Vice President, Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute oncology product brand storytelling, maintaining and adapting the marketing calendar to align with business goals and partnership with corporate and prenatal brand resources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Genetic Counselors, Legal, and Sales—to create, distribute, and optimize marketing content across digital and print channels.
- Plan, execute, and assess tradeshows, webinars, and events in collaboration with the prenatal team, field members, and leadership.
- Conceptualize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print) that align with sales objectives and brand identity.
- Lead demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads, brand awareness, and sales pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and report performance metrics for demand generation and marketing operations, driving data-informed strategies and optimizations.
- Oversee growth marketing initiatives across channels, including social media, SEO, search, CTV, display, and more, to improve acquisition and retention.
- Manage product brand websites, collaborating with Product Marketing to design and update content that supports branding and lead generation.
- Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and credibility across platforms.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and unified product brand representation across all initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, vendor contracts, and marketing technology investments to expand brand visibility and effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs, leveraging analytics to measure campaign success, optimize ROI, and guide future marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative tools and strategies to advance audience engagement and conversions.
- Manage CRM programs across email, SMS, push notifications, optimizing campaigns to nurture stakeholder relationships.
- Execute campaigns hands-on, coordinating with internal teams and external resources to ensure impactful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in brand & growth marketing, with a focus on communications, field marketing/sales, demand generation and awareness.
- Ideal candidate has experience marketing within the healthcare space, specifically with providers, and collaborating with sales teams.
- Experience developing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, including paid media budgeting/management, developing communications and launching campaigns end to end<
