Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Payroll Analyst for a fixed term specializing in U.S. payroll processing! As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll system and ensuring timely and precise compensation for our employees.

THIS ROLE IS A FIXED TERM ENGAGEMENT FOR 6 MONTHS

The opportunity

• End to End Full Cycle Payroll Processing, Assist with activities associated with execution of assigned payrolls, including collection and validation of inputs and error resolution. 

• Communicate payroll status to team members and approval processing milestones.

• Reconcile payroll calculations, payments and payroll reports.

• Identify and update missing tax jurisdictions

• Confirm payments received on pay date including requesting tracking information.

• Ensure payroll data and payments are aligned with country and local compliance

• Respond Payroll Ticket inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns

• Keeps detailed and organized payroll records

• Maintain company confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential

• Support Payroll team with additional duties as needed

Skills you should HODL 

• 5+ years’ experience in payroll processing in a high-volume, multi-state payroll setting

• Possess experience with major ERP and Accounting systems

• Ability to thrive in team environment

• Understanding of Payroll Tax compliance.

• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow.

• Experience with Workday and Netsuite is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;Microsoft Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s - Required

• Passion for providing excellent support for inquiries
