We are on a mission to make Chase the easiest retail bank to integrate with! Looking for someone who has a passion for driving transformational change to help simplify and revolutionize our Partner Integration experience. While challenging, the work is extremely rewarding with direct Partner interface and impact.

As a Product Director of Partner Tech Experience in Partner Channel, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external Partners across CCB LoB’s to lead the development, ongoing refinement & execution of the strategy to improve the Partner Experience throughout the end to end technical integration lifecycle.

Job responsibilities:


•   Deeply understand the perspective of our Partners and the role Partnerships play across the organization to act as the voice of the Partner to optimize processes, systems and ways of working.
•   Develop credibility-based relationships with internal cross-functional stakeholders and play a significant role in influencing senior-level decisions to deliver material change in Partner experiences across all channels.
•   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address challenges promptly, and with precision, while ensuring that teams are empowered to execute and deliver with quality
•   Demonstrate leadership that actively contributes to attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining a diverse, high-performance team
•   Own complex and ambiguous situations, overcome obstacles, and deliver outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

•   Experience developing strong relationships, collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization, leading and influencing without having positional authority
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior leaders, key stakeholders, employees and third parties.
•   10+ years product/project management experience including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits and developing roadmaps
•   Demonstrated experience building and leading teams
•   Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take accountability for those decisions while candidly challenging the status quo to drive the right customer journey outcomes 
•   Service improvement and design thinking knowledge with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment 
•   Ability to scope and structure complex problems and synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward
•   Comfortable with ambiguity in instruction; can own and advance projects end-to-end


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

 Must have 10+ years of prior experience managing/supporting technical Partnerships or integrations; direct experience 
and expertise in API integrations, developer portals, or API governance, is preferred.
