About the role
Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 11:30am – 8:00pm, OT as needed
What you will do:
As a Material Handler I, you will handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international sales orders while using a barcode scanner
- Verify accuracy of orders by utilizing RF scanners
- Process packages via FedEx, UPS, and Powership stations
- Create, prepare, and print shipping labels
- Package product to meet shipping criteria, adhere to temp controls where applicable and assure correct items are boxed for the customer order
- Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements
- Must be able to stand/ be on feet for shift duration
What you will need:
Preferred
- High school education or GED
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience in operating RF scanners and/or shipping
