Sales Support Representative

CCBill is an online payment services provider used by more than 30,000 websites globally that supports the needs of both new and established businesses in the ecommerce and online space. Typical projects on the CCBill side include integration with new processors, improving reporting, and enhancement of systems that can handle high volume transactions with high availability over 3 satellites in Phoenix, Ashburn and the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to work on both existing and new products and features. 

The Sales Support Representative assists members of the sales team by handling remote interactions with customers. Maintaining customer satisfaction is their primary goal, and they spend much of their time responding to inquiries and helping with issues. 

Location: Serbia

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 2 week rotating shift, 9am - 5pm | 5pm - 1am CEST.

Key Job Requirements: 

• Develop a deep understanding of internal processes
• Build relationships with internal teams and key contacts within the group of companies
• Be a bridge between Sales, Underwriting and Partners
• Maintain databases of prospect information
• Demonstrate a fair understanding of where all merchants are in the sales team’s pipeline
•  Resolve issues / concerns regarding new applications effectively and efficiently, whilst utilizing a sound knowledge of policies and on-boarding requirements
• Manage correspondence between internal CCBill teams and Merchants
• Monitoring customer accounts throughout the onboarding process
• Providing data and reports to assist internal teams
• Other duties as assigned
  

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• High school degree or equivalent education
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to research and solve problems quickly
• Ability to interface effectively with different levels of employees and management
• Ability to multitask
• Proven ability to prioritize and complete interdepartmental tasks in a timely fashion
• High degree of professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
