What You'll Do
- Monitor and control the inventory in your areas to avoid inaccuracies
- Implement 5s standards for your areas to help your team work efficiently
- Provide daily work to the departments
- Have one one-on-ones with each of your team members
- Approve timecards and Paid Time Off
- Provide performance reviews and year-end reviews
- Create and provide training in all areas of the department
- Work with Engineers to construct ISO documents for your areas on tasks and procedures
- Create processes and procedures to further increase the capacity of the department
- Establish and maintain proper documentation for the maintenance of the machines in your areas
- Coach and train your Lead to provide support and be a backup on all tasks
- Complete all other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Experience with the following programs: Teams, Excel, Outlook, and D365
- 2 or more years’ experience in gaming or related industry
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lead others

$94,813 - $176,082 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
