Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an experienced Operations Senior Associate to join our Account Transfer Services Operations team within our Global Technology Operations business. ATS is a cross-functional team that manages multiple functions including, but not limited to: ACAT, Non-ACAT transfers, Mutual fund transfers, reclaims, fails and Contra firm Relationships.

Individuals in this role must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with our external Clearing Correspondents, external Contra firms, and internal business partners. A successful candidate will be adaptable to change and work collaboratively with cross-location business partners.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor and work with several types of external industry partners to process Account Transfers
• Perform transfer submissions, resolve rejects, fails and claims. Follow transfers through to completion
• Review client requests to transfer accounts to ensure accuracy, review and verify various reports to ensure exceptions are resolved
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Account transfer forms and various legal documents required to process transfer request
• Collaborate with internal and external partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues Effectively meet multiple deadlines throughout the day and prioritize risk related items
• Analytical ability to learn, suggest process enhancements and effective controls
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and task-oriented
• Effectively manage and escalate business risk

Qualifications:

• BA and 5+ years’ experience in Account Transfers operations or an equivalent of related education and experience
• Knowledge of ACAT/Non-ACAT operations and practices for supporting Account Transfers
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and contra firms over the phone and email communications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage various tasks, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with the Broadridge platform systems would be a plus.
• Ability to work in an ethical, professional manner with a client-centric focus
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
