<p>At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the Global People Development team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated</p><p></p><p><b>Global People &amp; Organizational Development Specialist (all genders)</b></p><p><b>Full-time and permanent</b></p><p></p><p>As our People and Organizational Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and enhancing our organizational culture.</p><p></p><p>Your <b>responsibilities </b>will include:</p><p></p><p><b>Learning and Development Strategy &amp; Execution:</b></p><ul><li>Design and implement learning and development solutions that align with our business goals</li><li>Drive the execution of these solutions to ensure our teams have the skills and knowledge they need to excel</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Supporting the Listening Strategy:</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate on the execution of our engagement surveys and pulse checks, gathering valuable insights from our employees</li><li>Analyze survey data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Fostering a Learning Culture</b></p><ul><li>Champion a culture of continuous learning across the organization</li><li>Develop and implement initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing, growth, and development at all levels</li><li>Manage our Global learning communities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>People and Leadership Development Projects:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and support various projects focused on developing our people and leadership capabilities.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure these initiatives align with our broader organizational goals</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li><b>Academic Background</b>: <span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field</span></li><li><b>Experience:</b> Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in learning and development, organizational culture, and employee engagement.</li><li><b>Skills:</b> Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
