We are seeking a tenacious and creative Senior Program Manager, GTM (Go-to-Market) Enablement to join our ever-growing Academy and Enablement US team in Minneapolis, MN. Your Impact
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams for workshops and clinics.
- Help the global enablement team and cross-functional SMEs to ensure the sales enablement content repositories (Highspot and Anaplan Academy) are easily and readily accessible and kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
- Keep the Global GTM and Enablement dashboard up to date to provide metrics and CSAT data to leadership
- Program management of the Project One Voice Initiative including working directly with Corporate Visions and internal stakeholders with a focus on enablement of the GTM teams.
- Conduct and report on results and surveys.
- Gather feedback from the sales team regularly to constantly improve support programs.
- Drive high standards and values for our enablement team and brand.
- Managing logistics of workshops and clinics globally
- Create and edit videos for eLearning and put them into the Learning Management System.
- Use Highspot administrative skills to upload content, create pages, review and remove content as needed
- Utilizing Program Management experience to create project plans and implement programs in a high-pressure environment while staying engaged with key partners
- Convert existing training materials into engaging and effective live virtual and eLearning courses and take part in a continuous content process.
- Track/Report on progress for onboarding checklist, pre-work, and other enablement programs
- Gather learning needs, content, schedule, and scalability requirements for enablement development projects through working with business partners and subject matter experts. Determine learning objectives and metrics for those projects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Sales, business, and marketing majors preferred and 5+ years of experience in a related role.
- Experience producing virtual workshops via Zoom, WebEx, etc., and use of the breakout room, whiteboard, and polling features
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Client Facing Experience in a sales, customer success, pre-sales, or sales support role preferred
- PMP Certified
- Problem solver at your core (Technical, Architectural, Process related)
- Values variety in daily activities, flexible to adapt, confidence to tackle any challenge – even those that come up last minute
- Content creation experience (decks, program buildouts, slideware)
